A dedicated tubing park in Ascutney Outdoors is an absolute blast. Ticket packets cost $10 (tube included), and it’s good for six rides up the lift. The snow tubing hill is groomed ahead of time, and the lift stretches 500 feet to bring you back to the top. There are some restrictions, so read before you leave. You must rent the tubes when you arrive, and the tubing hill stays open into the night.
Mount Tom Sledding Hill
Here is a free option for you, granted you’ve brought your sled. The Mt. Tom Sledding hill in Vermont makes for an excellent place for younger children or someone who has never been snow tubing before. The hill has a 500-foot slope.
