Reservations Policies

If the Inn is shown to be sold out, let us know if you want to be put on our waiting list. Call or email us with details about the dates, your room preference and how we can best reach you.

  • Rates quoted are for double occupancy. For each additional person in the
    same room, it’s $10/night.
  • We guarantee the best rate available when you book directly with the Inn via
    our website booking engine or call us. If you can find a better rate for the
    same date/s and same level of accommodations elsewhere in the internet,
    we will match it, less 10 %.
  • A two night minimum stay is required for many weekends, holiday periods
    and special events.
  • Rates are subject to change and may be higher than listed for special
    event weekends, and other periods of peak activity.
  • Rates do not include local taxes.
  • Reservations made for a number of special event weekends will
    require a deposit for one or two night’s stay which will be credited to
    the guest’s account at checkout. Advance deposits are nonrefundable.
    Guests who cancel the reservation, do not arrive or
    depart early from a minimum stay forfeit their deposit.
  • Reservations for Graduation Weekend are by invitation, and require a 3 night
    minimum stay (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) and full non-refundable deposits
    for 3 nights.
  • Reservations can be made one year in advance of arrival.
  • Reservations cancelled within the cancellation period of scheduled arrival
    will be charged the first night’s stay.
  • Reservations cancelled within the cancellation period of scheduled arrival
    may be charged a cancellation fee of $50 under certain circumstances.
  • Check-in is 3 pm; Check-out is 11 am.
  • We have 2 “pet friendly” rooms, located in the Ivy Lodge. Please notify us if
    your pet will be joining you. There is a pet fee of $40 per day. Additional fees
    may be assessed if there is extensive damage to the room.
  • The entire interior for the Inn is non-smoking, including all guest rooms. A
    room recovery fee of $100 will be charged for non-compliance.
