Saturday, experience baking classes at King Arthur Flour's Baking Education Center. The weekend caps with a closing repast prepared by Guest Chef James Macguire, who has been recognized as Montreal's "Chef of the Year," ably assisted by Cal Hingston and the Norwich Inn Culinary Team.
